Develop your action plan

Once you have set your targets you can develop your bespoke action plan. Your action plan should contain a wide range of measures you would like to implement in the short and long run.

Get together with your /relevant staff (e.g. senior management, housekeeping, F&B staff etc.) and discuss which measures should be implemented with which objective (based on the measurement results).

Aspects your action plan should contain

RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS

Define the department in which the measures are going to be implemented and also involved staff if necessary.

SINGLE-USE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO REDUCE

Define the single-use (plastic) product you would like to eliminate or reduce.

THE SPECIFIC MEASURE

Which measure/s would you like to implement to achieve your goal?

RESPONSIBILITY

Assign someone from your team who is responsible for the respective action.

DEADLINE

Define the deadline for this action be completed so that every one knows the timeframe.

CURRENT STATUS

Always fill in the current status of the action. Has the work already started, is everything on track or is the action already completed?
